SMS Verbal Consent Process

Consumers first submit an inquiry regarding an advertised service. A Swoop Lift Inc. representative then contacts the consumer by phone.

Before sending any SMS, the representative asks:

“Do I have your permission for Swoop Lift Inc. to send you text messages at this number regarding your inquiry and appointment? Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.”

SMS messages are only sent after the consumer affirmatively agrees. Consent is recorded by Swoop Lift Inc. Consumers may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
